What a cute, almost Mod, schoolgirl scooter dress! It would look great worn as a jumper too, with a blouse or thin turtleneck sweater underneath. The dropwaist bodice is princess seamed, and connects to a short knife pleated skirt. A self-fabric belt wraps in front, accented by a pair of brass-tone buttons.

FABRIC/COLORS: Woven plaid, primarily on brown, with red, white, a little black and a very little gold. The fabric is medium to heavy weight - based on a burn test, I am thinking mostly cotton with a bit of acetate.
