Vintage 80s does 60s mod plaid midi dress. It has buttons up the front, a drop waist with belt loops to add a belt, and pleated skirt. It is shown modeled with a black belt until the final photo (not included with purchase). Has shoulder pads that could be removed with a seam ripper if desired.
